• Meetings to discuss the possibilities for letting the accommodation concerned
• Presentation of the accommodation to all potential market parties, including clients and fellow agents
• Taking care of views
• Carrying out of negotiations
• Drawing up of tenancy agreements, both in Dutch and in English
• Drawing up of the inspection report upon checking in and checking out
• Drawing up of the list of contents for checking in and checking out and carrying out the inspections

Terms and conditions for landlords:

8% commission on the total rent first year, exclusive of 21% VAT.
Less than 6 months, 15% per month excl. 21% VAT.
